Damp and Mould technical inspector ref OR5601

Technical Inspector – Damp and Mould you will join our Damp and Mould team to ensure we provide an excellent service to our residents to identify issues with Damp and Mould and eradicate it from their homes.  You will attend and carry out an initial inspection to identify any immediate concerns and hazards.  Issue repair orders to remove the risk and ensure the home is free from hazards.  Where necessary escalate the cases to the building surveyors in the damp and mould team for complex high value interventions that have long term improvements for the residents.
