About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Damp & Mould Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and addressing damp and mould issues across our housing portfolio. This role is crucial in ensuring that our homes are safe, compliant, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, assess, and address damp and mould issues within the housing portfolio.
• Ensure contractors, consultants, and partner agencies deliver high-quality work in line with compliance standards, schedules, and budgets.
• Maintain detailed records and update asset management databases.
• Work closely with Building Safety and Compliance teams to ensure homes are safe and meet regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing damp and mould issues within a housing context.
• Strong understanding of compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in maintaining detailed records and using asset management databases.
