Customer Support Assistant Contract Full Time

Customer Support Assistant needed in Kirkby in Ashfield

The rate is £12.85ph PAYE

The successful candidate will be office based. Main duties are call taking as part of a team of 13. They will be responding to queries around switch board calls in relation to waste and environment services. They will be taking spring clean and garden waste payments.

1-2-1 training will be given by an experienced team member and a paired working environment in the office will be arranged for support while learning. System training will be given so that jobs can be raised and payments can be taken.
