Customer Service Officer needed in Bridgwater, £13.05ph PAYE – Reference: RQ1452813

This Customer Service role combines face to face customer contact with telephony and online digital support.

The Customer Service team provide first point of contact for residents of Somerset wishing to contact.

Customer Service Officers are required to effortlessly provide quality advice, guidance and support to every customer with an increased digital focus towards helping customers self serve using online solutions.

This is an office based position based in Bridgwater

Supporting customer who chose to visit our office for help or call us.

37 hrs per week, Monday to Friday 8.30 – 5pm 

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
