Full time time on a temporary basis
Role Purpose: Provide advice, information, and support to residents to help them maximize income, reduce outgoings, and connect with wider services to improve long-term financial resilience.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide information to residents and assist with applications for discretionary funds and grants.

Support residents with a wide range of enquiries, including council tax, housing benefit, and council tax support.

Assess and process applications for discretionary funds, including the Resettlement Scheme and Household Support Fund.
