Customer service admin officer needed in Bristol

The rate is £13.76ph PAYE

This is a temporary role

You will form part of a skilled team who are engaging with the public, businesses, and organisations to raise awareness of the Bristol Clean Air Zone. They will provide support and advice about financial support available to those with non-compliant vehicles updating them on their applications and explaining what may be available. This will be completed by phone and experience of excel is essential as part of this role will be updating spreadsheets.
The role will also include responding to emails from the ‘cazsupport’ inbox responding to general queries and processing any information that is submitted to support financial applications.
