Commercial Assistant – Housing Advisory Service needed in Enfield.
The hourly rate is £17.54ph PAYE

The successful candidate support the Housing Advisory Service (HAS) and its senior management team to grip its management strategy (achieving budget, vacancy factor, absence costs etc) and report on the staffing budget. Identify high-cost temporary accommodation placements ensuring strategies are being progressed to address them, using data to drive financial performance. Ensure compliance with the financial governance framework for the Service and relevant policies and procedures in place. The role is critical in supporting the HAS to deliver its budget within target enabling it to fulfil its statutory homelessness duties.
