To carry out cleaning duties to a high standard in all communal internal and external areas, voids and properties and low level maintenance tasks as specified in the cleaning schedule, using mechanical equipment where appropriate. Essential Criteria Ability to work unsupervised, managing time effectively and working to deadlines. Be able to work as part of a team to achieve a common goal. Able to provide simple written reports and record numerical data. Have the ability to use tools and equipment safely and correctly, and to adopt safe working practices. Ability to identify problems and opportunities and propose solutions. Demonstrate commitment to customer care.
