Class 3 Qualified Senior Building Control Surveyor (Hybrid)

Class 3 Qualified Senior Building Control Surveyor (Hybrid) needed in Westminster, £318.96 per day PAYE – Reference: RQ1507067

Key Responsibilities

• Review plans for a diverse range of construction projects.
• Conduct on-site inspections to ensure compliance with building regulations.
• Provide Building Control advice through various channels (phone, email, in person).
• Inspect dangerous structures during regular working hours.
• Participate in the out-of-hours dangerous structures rota.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and correspondence.
• Support the training of Trainee and Assistant Surveyors.
• Assist the Principal Surveyor and Head of Building Control with additional team duties.

This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis.
