CIL/S106 Officer (Hybrid) needed in Westminster, £189.16 per day PAYE – Reference: RQ1478325
(Hybrid – minimum two days in the office)
Key Responsibilities: Administration and Monitoring: Manage day-to-day tasks to monitor S106 agreements, including ensuring planning obligations and payments are applied and collected on time. Ensure secured funding is allocated appropriately to facilitate the completion of planning obligations. Determine CIL liabilities and process relevant notices, including issuing Liability Notices and applying surcharges in accordance with regulations. Compliance and Record-Keeping: Support the administration and enforcement of the Mayor of London’s CILs, ensuring adherence to relevant legislation. Maintain accurate records of CIL notices, decisions, scheme statuses, and compliance with CIL requirements. Respond to Freedom of Information requests or complaints within statutory or council deadlines. Reporting and Analysis: Provide management information and prepare statutory statistical returns, including projected S106 and CIL incomes and expenditures. Respond to requests for detailed reports and ensure timely and accurate submissions. Working Pattern: Full-time, 36 hours per week Monday to Friday, 9 am–5 pm
