Catering manager needed in Manchester £14.51ph ref 0009 0B08 / 1
Full time hours on a temporary basis.
The individual will ideally have experience of managing a catering unit with City & Guilds 706/1, 706/2 or their equivalent, plus a Level 3 food hygiene certificate.
They’ll need to be able to show that they can motivate and manage a small team of caterers to provide an excellent service to customers to the servery and also hospitality.
They’ll be responsible for the training and development of the Mobile Cook and Catering Assistants and will ideally have experience of this.
They’ll need to be able to demonstrate their experience and knowledge of cost control and budget management and have experience of liaising with suppliers and customers at all levels.
