Skilled Carpenter – carrying out responsive repairs in tenanted and communal properties.  The ideal candidate will by way of example be able to undertake all aspects of the trade, gaining entry for tenants locked out, overhauling doors and windows, repairs to kitchen units, floors, staircases, skirting, architrave.  This is not a complete list.  We will provide power tools but the candidate will provide their own hand tools.  We will provide a vehicle, uniform PDA and lone working device.
