Caretaker Part Time Temporary

Caretaker needed in Lisburn, £12.59ph PAYE – Reference: OR2481

As a member of the Community Facilities & Resources Team the postholder will be required to:

• Ensure that the premises are available for use to all customers in an appropriate state and the terms and conditions of hire as set out by the Client are strictly adhered to.
• Assume additional duties as reasonably assigned by the Community Centre Co-ordinator to meet changing business needs and requirements and cover for annual leave/other absences with due notice.
• Open and close building, set up and set down rooms as required for room bookers.
• Carry out and record all Health and Safety checks and carry out cleaning of the building.

There are 2 part time posts available (18.5hrs per week)

This is a Part time role on a temporary contract basis.
