Full time hours on a temporary basis

•  Role Overview: Seeking an experienced PMO professional to establish and manage the PMO for a £200m Capital Programme. The role involves ensuring governance, reporting, and assurance for multiple projects.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish the Capital Programme PMO.
  • Audit existing capital programmes and recommend improvements.
  • Align in-flight projects with PMO methodology.
  • Provide resource planning recommendations.
  • Ensure overall assurance of Capital Programme delivery.
  • High-quality handover of deliverables at contract end.

  Deliverables:

  1. Governance and operations document.
  2. Audit report and recommendations.
  3. Accurate status reporting.
  4. Project/programme plans.

  Services:

  1. Establish governance and assurance.
  2. Ensure successful project management.
  3. Manage dependencies and escalations.
  4. Audit and status reporting.
