To lead, develop and operationally manage the Campaigns Team, contributing to the delivery of the authority’s campaigns programme and strategic objectives. To be responsible for overseeing delivery of a number of key campaigns ensuring these are based on audience insight; with clear objectives and agreed measurement for evaluation; delivered through an integrated communications plan using innovative communications approaches where possible. They will build relationships with key stakeholders within and outside the council and work with wider services to help the council achieve its objectives.
