Building Surveyor needed in Hammersmith

The rate is £350.00 per day PAYE

This is a temporary role

The post holder is responsible for the works within the repairs team and that work will cover the following areas:- Disrepair work, Refurbishment work, Void Works, Complex Repair Works, Day to Day Repairs, Damp and Mould Works

The post holder must ensure compliant with the Homes (Fitness for Human Habitation) Act 2018, the Building Safety Act 2022 and the Social Housing Regulation Act 2023 and keeps abreast with any changes of legislation to ensure compliance.
