Building Control Surveyor (Hybrid)

Building Control Surveyor (Hybrid) needed in Peterborough, £70ph – Reference: RQ1506309

Building Inspector Class 2a or 2f

Two days in office and able to do site inspections
Will be required to support and train two trainees

• Will be working on an Ad Hoc basis similar to Consultant.
• Will be occasionally completing site visits.
• Conduct occasional site visits to inspect buildings and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Perform surveys and detailed inspections of construction sites.
• Review site inspection records, photographic evidence, plans, and specifications.
• Assess and inspect documents related to building projects remotely.
• Provide detailed reports and recommendations based on inspections and assessments.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project compliance and quality.

This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis.
