Building Control Surveyor needed in Bromsgrove
The rate is £46.15ph PAYE

The successful candidate will pre application advice to both building professionals and non-professionals. They will plan appraisal of all industrial, commercial and residential applications, to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and will negotiate with applicants and/or their agents to bring about amendments/improvements to their applications, resulting in an approval being issued.
