Full time hours on a temporary basis

• About the Role:

  We are looking for a skilled and motivated Building Control Officer to join our team. In this role, you will ensure that building projects comply with regulations and standards, promoting safety, sustainability, and accessibility.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect building plans and construction sites to ensure compliance with building regulations.
  • Provide advice and guidance to developers, architects, and contractors.
  • Issue permits and certificates for compliant projects.
  • Investigate and resolve complaints related to building standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed reports.
  • Stay updated with changes in building regulations and standards.
