An experienced Adult Social Care Paralegal is being sought to undertake the processing of a regular flow of Community Court of Protection Deprivation of Liberty matters; from initial instruction to completion, to include any necessary court appearances and to respond to any queries from the court or client

Applicants without this specific experience need not apply

Day rate of a maximum of £250 per day (dependant on specific experience)
