Adult Social Care Lawyer (Hybrid) Full Time Temporary

Adult Social Care Lawyer (Hybrid) needed in Bolton, £19.65ph PAYE – Reference: 0007 26AA / 1

You will ideally have experience working in a busy Adult Social Care Team completing the following:

• Court of Protection Work including:
• COPDOL11s
• Section 16 applications
• S.21A Challenges

Also advice on:

• Ordinary Residence queries
• Funding Queries – CHC and general finance
• Deferred Payment Agreements
• S.117 responsibilities
• Adult Social Care Responsibilities under the Care Act 2014
• Immigration and No Recourse to Public Funds Advice
• ASC Policy drafting and reviewing
• Inquest Work
• Any further duties as required by the Line Manager in accordance with the business needs of the Team.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
