Continuing its dedication to social responsibility, Essential Employment is proud to announce its participation in the upcoming National Interview Month. Bethany Fuller, Senior Recruitment Consultant, will be offering her expertise to help school-age job seekers enhance their interview skills and boost their employment prospects.
National Interview Month, organised by YourGamePlan, runs from 3rd February to 7th March 2025 and is designed for school children. The initiative will provide 16,000 young people with a one-to-one, 30-minute-long interview with an industry professional. In addition to interview practice, participants will receive support in creating their CVs. Afterwards, each student and their parent or guardian will receive a tailored feedback report based on the Universal Skills Builder Framework, helping them identify key areas for development.
Bethany will be working closely with job seekers, providing them with practical advice, mock interviews, and valuable feedback to improve their performance. She expressed her enthusiasm for the initiative, stating, “Helping people develop their interview skills is incredibly fulfilling. Everyone deserves the opportunity to succeed in their career, and I’m excited to be part of a programme that empowers our next generation of job seekers to reach their potential.”
Essential Employment’s participation in National Interview Month highlights the company’s commitment to supporting job seekers and fostering professional development within the community. By engaging in this initiative, the company continues to demonstrate its dedication to making a real difference in people’s lives.
