Our workers are required to provide comprehensive documentation and data, including work history and proof of eligibility to work in the UK. As specialists in Public Sector and Government recruitment, we regularly undergo on-site inspections by our clients and their Managed Service Providers to ensure we meet the highest standards.

As a minimum our workers have to provide:

Identity verification
2 Years to 5 years references (depending on the role applied for)
Proof of address
Proof of eligibility to work in the UK
Proof of National Insurance
Proof of qualification/certification and CPD (if applicable)

If our clients have specific requirements or need company-specific documentation, we can develop a tailored, auditable compliance package that can be seamlessly rolled out to all agency staff.
