At Essential Employment we do not try to disguise recruitment as a process that is more complex than it should be. When we meet new clients for the first time we don’t turn up with overcomplicated flow diagrams and glossy presentations describing how we’re going to find the perfect candidates – we like to demonstrate our ability with actions and results.

Our business is owner led and both directors take a hands on role in the day to day running of the business – bringing a personal commitment to our clients and candidates.
