Control Centre Supervisor needed in Rugby

The rate is £15.70ph PAYE

The successful candidate will join a Control Centre Team. This is an exciting time for the service as we continue our digitalisation project and look to work with new suppliers. 

Working alongside another Supervisor, the role will support our team members deliver the Lifeline service to Rugby residents. This is a hands-on supervisory position, which will focus on ensuring rotas are covered, timesheets are completed and that our staff are fully trained and supported to deliver an excellent service for our customers. It will also offer the successful applicant service development opportunities.
