 We are seeking a skilled Housing Litigation Lawyer to join our team. This role involves managing a team and handling a diverse caseload of housing litigation, including homelessness, allocations, and general litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Lead and manage a team handling a caseload of housing litigation, ensuring effective case management and high-quality service delivery.
• Caseload Management: Run a personal caseload of housing law and general litigation on behalf of the Council.
• Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and counsel to ensure clear and professional interactions.
• Relationship Building: Liaise with and build positive and professional relationships across the business to support collaborative working.
