- Act as the first point of contact for the Business Support Team, handling post/telephone/email queries.
- Perform administrative tasks to ensure smooth departmental operations, including financial procedures.
- Address service providers’ queries and liaise between internal departments and providers.
- Provide administrative support for panels and meetings, including scheduling, room bookings, and minute-taking.
- Develop professional relationships with panel members and follow up on queries/actions.
- Monitor shared mailboxes to ensure timely responses.
- Update and maintain spreadsheets, provide reports, and assist with statutory returns.
- Prepare files for viewings in line with Data Protection Policies.
- Identify and escalate potential administrative issues.
- Assess and escalate service complaints as needed.
- Manage tasks proactively and promote the “Self Serve” ethos.
- Share best practices with peers.
- Compile scheduled and ad-hoc reports.
- Maintain and set up electronic and paper records.
- Handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Handle and reconcile petty cash.
- Safeguard the health and well-being of children and vulnerable adults.
- Adhere to Customer Care, Equal Opportunities, Information Governance, Data Protection, Health and Safety, and Emergency Planning & Awareness policies.
- Contribute to environmental sustainability and carbon neutrality goals.
- Undertake other duties as required.
