Technical Surveyor (Hybrid)

Technical Surveyor (Hybrid) needed in Westminster, £239.31 per day PAYE – Reference: RQ1443965

• Review and challenge client briefs to ensure they meet investment needs and minimize inefficiencies.
• Act as the technical lead for pre-construction activities, appraising proposed solutions from service providers.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop accurate budgets, designs, and technical appraisals.
• Review planning, building control, and listed building consent applications to ensure compliance.
• Provide technical input into design standards and innovative solutions.
• Monitor and report on task progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
• Support seamless handovers to operational teams for task delivery.

This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis.
