Caretaker needed in Birmingham Paying  £12 per hr ref 441670
Part time hours on a temporary basis 

 We are seeking a diligent and reliable Part-time Caretaker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of both high-rise and low-rise blocks within the vicinity. Your duties will include general maintenance, litter picking, and conducting health and safety checks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the daily health and safety monitoring of high-rise and low-rise blocks.

• Complete daily cleaning tasks inside and outside the block properties.

• Engage in litter picking and the removal of dumped rubbish/fly-tipping.

• Conduct daily health and safety checks, both internal and external, to ensure compliance.

• Assist neighbourhood or area neighbourhood officers with any other caretaking-related tasks.

• Ensure good timekeeping, consistency, and reliability.
