Senior Stock Condition Surveyor needed in Croydon

 The rate is £25.06ph PAYE

This is a temporary role

The successful candidate will play a key role in the collecting, assessing and the future planning of required works to housing and estates. This data and planning is essential in shaping strategic long-term investment decisions as well as building the annual and 3-year programmes of works.

They will undertake audits and spot checks as required on the stock condition surveys undertaken & data received by consultants, to ensure consistency of assessments and will ensure that the findings of the surveys can be used to inform and influence the council’s investment programmes, strategies and policies at a strategic level as well as advising on any more immediate works if identified.
