Transformation Business Analyst needed in North London Paying  £255 per day ref 1447601

Full time hours on a permanent basis  

Role Purpose: Support key projects within our transformation program to improve services and business processes. Develop projects, business plans, and reports to support findings, and promote continuous performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in transformation projects, supporting analytical and statistical work.

• Gather and elicit requirements through various methods.

• Apply lean and systems thinking to business change.

• Identify, calculate, and monitor benefits realization and ROI.

• Define reporting requirements and specifications.

• Document as-is and to-be processes, map new processes.

• Conduct data business analysis to ensure data requirements support business outcomes.

• Produce clear service design documentation.

• Lead in testing solutions and training provision.
