CIL/S106 Officer needed in Westminster

The rate is £189.16 per day PAYE

The successful candidate will support the efficient administration, monitoring, and enforcement of Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) and Section 106 (S106) agreements. This role is critical to ensuring timely collection and allocation of funding to meet planning obligations and strategic objectives.

The successful candidate will manage day-to-day tasks to monitor S106 agreements, including ensuring planning obligations and payments are applied and collected on time. They will ensure secured funding is allocated appropriately to facilitate the completion of planning obligations and will support the administration and enforcement of the Mayor of London’s CILs, ensuring adherence to relevant legislation.
