Senior Housing Regulation Officer needed in Preston

The rate is £40.00ph PAYE

The successful candidate will be a Senior Housing Regulation Officer, Environmental Health Practitioner or equivalent.

They should have the ability to undertake full range of regulatory functions in relation to private sector housing including HHSRS inspections, property licensing, enforcement action and investigations and representing at Court or Tribunal
