M & E Project Manager needed in West London Paying £30.48 per hr Ref 8182

Full time hrs on a temporary basis

Role Purpose: Lead project and contract management for building, safety remediation, and retrofit sustainability projects, ensuring timely, budget-friendly delivery and compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead project planning, procurement, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.

2. Prepare and manage project budgets.

3. Monitor and control project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and cost-effective solutions.

4. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and policies.

5. Conduct regular site inspections and progress reports.

6. Resolve technical issues and liaise with design and engineering teams.

7. Act as the key point of contact for team members and lead customer engagement.

8. Manage commercial aspects, ensuring accurate financial forecasts and timely budget management.

9. Sign off Task Orders, Valuations, and Final Accounts.

10. Chair Pre-Contract, Pre-Commencement, and Progress Meetings.

11. Manage service partners to ensure contract compliance, value for money, and high-quality delivery.
