Building Control Surveyor needed in South Molton, Devon

The rate is £40.00ph PAYE

The successful candidate will work with the Senior Building Control Surveyors in delivering the Building Control Service in a competitive and commercial environment.

They will determine Full Plans Notifications and issue decision notices. Process Building Regulation notifications including the provision of pre-application advice, manage the inspection and certification of building work and be responsible for ensuring effective enforcement where the Building Regulations have been contravened.
