Fostering Recruitment Hub Enquiry Officer needed in West London Paying £20.86 per hr Ref 005262

Full time hrs on a temporary basis

Role Purpose: Lead on enquiries from the public regarding fostering, providing excellent customer-focused service and supporting the recruitment process for prospective foster carers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle enquiries from the public about fostering via phone, face-to-face, and digital channels.

• Provide information and support to prospective foster carers to complete initial enquiries, attend information events, and navigate the application process.

• Engage with targeted community groups to raise awareness of the fostering service and generate enquiries.

• Ensure enquiries are dealt with efficiently and confidentially, following local procedures.

• Support and facilitate events to attract and retain prospective foster carers, including regular fostering and recruitment/promotional events.

• Maintain a database of foster carer applicants, providing ongoing support and training where necessary.

• Develop relationships with stakeholders, partners, and internal teams to ensure effective recruitment activities.

• Work closely with fostering teams to make recommendations for action and ensure timely follow-up of enquiries.
