Customer Service Adviser needed in Sutton
The rate is £16.24ph PAYE

The successful candidate will cover the Contact Centre and basic Business Administration. They will be dealing with a variety of resident enquiries for services offered by the local authority eg Waste Services, Homeless and Highways. And will be managing complex calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
Flexible hybrid working including a minimum of 1-2 days in the office after training.
