Property Business Partner needed in Wakefield Paying  £450 per day Ref 0009 70F5 /1

Full time hours on a temporary basis  

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing property and estate-related capital projects across portfolios such as Regeneration, Arts, Culture & Leisure, or Schools

• Strategically planning work programmes to meet client directorate needs

• Developing strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring their property requirements are embedded in strategic plans

• Implementing the council Estate Strategy and asset management plans

• Aligning customer needs with technical expertise

• Supporting the Senior Property Business Partner in managing third-party property contracts

• Collaborating with procurement colleagues to balance stakeholder needs, governance requirements, and budget constraints
