Full time hours on a temporary basis
To manage an HR administrative and advisory function to ensure the smooth operation of the HR service to schools
To support the HRBP – Schools with advice, projects and updating of guidance and procedures and dealing with schools queries to ensure a seamless service.
To act as the key liaison with Payroll to meet the needs of the customer
To manage, coach and develop the HR Coordinator and HR Administrator for schools.
To provide cover for the HR Services Team Leader – Corporate when required to do so.
