Commercial Contracts Solicitor (Hybrid) Full Time Temporary NEW

Commercial Contracts Solicitor (Hybrid) needed in Abingdon, Oxford, £550 per day PAYE – Reference: 362013

We are ideally looking for someone with 5 years PQE in commercial contracts and estates matters.

Day to day responsibilities will include:

• Providing legal advice in relation to contractual and commercial estates matters
• Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and amending commercial contracts and commercial leases
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating collaboration agreements
• Routine contractual and procurement work
• Training delivery
• Assistance on complex contract management matters

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
