Principal Planning Policy Officer needed in North London Paying  £26 per hr ref 1388051

Full time hours on a temporary basis 

Role Purpose: Provide high-level policy advice on complex planning issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the response at the Examination in Public, preparing evidence and statements.

• Manage consultation processes and engage with key stakeholders, including the Planning Inspectorate, public agencies, and local communities.

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, regional and national planning policies.

• Lead a team of officers to deliver the Local Plan with consistency, accuracy, and alignment.
