Planning Solicitor needed in Nuneaton

The rate is £20.85ph PAYE

This is a temporary role

The successful candidate will be managing a broad caseload, providing advice and support on all areas primarily related to planning, including drafting section 106’s, certificates of lawful development, planning inquiries, planning enforcement and planning related queries and Planning Committees.

The care and conduct of contentious legal business, including the instruction of Counsel where appropriate;

To undertake advocacy for the preparation care and conduct of:

• Magistrates Court Proceedings;
• Civil actions in the County Court and the High Court
• Planning and other Inquiries;
• Proceedings before any Tribunal;
• Arbitration Proceedings.
