Customer Services Officer needed in Nottingham, Beeston, £11.44ph PAYE – Reference: RQ1383215
The main duties include operating the Council switchboard. This is a busy section, handling up to 1000 telephone calls each week.
This is a Full- time post which is offered on the following hours:
Monday 08:30 to 17:00
Tuesday 08:30 to 17:00
Wednesday 08:30 to 17:00
Thursday 08:30 to 17:00
Friday 08:30 to 16:30
As a Customer Services Assistant you’ll be talking to lots of different people who call up. Sorting out any questions they have and transferring to the correct department they wish to access.
This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
