Rough Sleep Coordinator Part Time Temporary

Rough Sleep Coordinator needed in Kingston Paying  £16.15 per hr ref 1374540

Full time hours on a temporary basis

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and monitor the programmes and initiatives.

  • Research innovative practices for service development.

  • Foster and maintain internal and external contacts, especially those involved in Rough Sleeping Initiatives and the Rough Sleeper Accommodation Programme.

  • Coordinate and lead the multi-agency rough sleeping arrangements and commissioning.

  • Manage strategic relationships with key partners (MHCLG, GLA, London Councils, Health Authorities, etc.).

  • Oversee contract management and monitoring of rough sleeping services.

  • Support service commissioning for rough sleepers with the Housing Solutions and Support Manager.
