Travel Support Assistant needed in Bootle
The rate is £16.14ph PAYE

The successful candidate will support the delivery of the service, including handling enquiries from the public, clients and contractors, processing requests for support and accurately recording case work activity according to policy and procedure.
They will be working with internal and external partners in order to complete assessments of eligibility, need and the client’s journey requirements and will support the commissioning and delivery of the clients travel solution.
They will have experience in collecting, recording, maintaining data and the ability to work independently and in an organised manner. We welcome candidates who have experience in the delivery of home to school transport activities and working with people who have special educational needs and/or disabilities.
