Full time on a temporary basis

• Handling customer applications and records relating to benefits, business rates, council tax, and financial assessments.

  The team is dedicated to ensuring that customers receive accurate and fair outcomes:

  • Collecting and inputting data from multiple sources.

  • Performing calculations and straightforward assessments within legislative frameworks.

  • Issuing correspondence using standard templates to ensure clarity.

  • Providing information and advice to customers via various channels.

  • Arranging settlement of arrears and processing payments.

  • Escalating complex cases when necessary.

  • Maintaining accurate records and case notes in line with defined standards.
