HGV Mechanic Full Time Temporary

HGV Mechanic needed in Redhill, £26ph PAYE – Reference: RQ1368440

• To carry out repair and maintenance services to the client’s fleet of vehicles, plant and associated equipment, including our Grounds Maintenance equipment.
• To ensure that all maintenance and repair work is carried out to a high standard and that vehicles comply with DVSA standards and in accordance with the terms of the Clients Operators Licence at all times.
• To ensure that maximum vehicle availability is maintained at all times.
• To ensure that all relevant administration work is completed in a timely manner.
• You will be working as part of an excellent team in a busy workshop near Redhill. The ability of the Client to provide the essential services expected by local residents is reliant on having good vehicle availability maintained to a very high standard.
• We are also an MOT test station which carries out MOT testing on Private Hire and Hackney Carriage vehicles operating within the borough. We also take MOT bookings from the general public.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
