Civil Enforcement Officer needed in North London Paying  £14.84 per hr ref 1382525

Full time hours on a temporary basis

• Responsibilities Summary:

  1. Parking Policies: Understand parking policies and statutory framework for permitted and prohibited parking.
  2. Enforcement: Enforce parking and footway restrictions.
  3. Patrolling: Patrol assigned areas as instructed.
  4. PCN Issuance: Use handheld computers to issue Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs).
  5. Public Assistance: Advise and assist the public on parking enforcement policies, ensuring excellent customer care.
  6. Vehicle Removal: Authorise vehicle removals per criteria.
  7. Reporting: Report faulty/missing street furniture, parking line/sign defects, and abandoned vehicles.
  8. Documentation: Complete enforcement documentation, including pocketbooks, PCNs, and driver statements.
  9. Evidence Collection: Take photographs to support enforcement actions.
