Employee Relations Partner needed. Flexible location Paying  £50,511.20 per annum ref 5256012

Full time hours on a temporary basis

• Role Purpose: Support the business with operational employee relations (ER) matters, providing advice and guidance to achieve commercially focused outcomes. Manage own casework and supervise one People Advisor, ensuring accurate and timely service delivery. Escalate complex or high-risk issues to the Employee Relations Lead. Support leaders in managing people issues using restorative practices and adhering to employment law. Build trust at all levels with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  Key Accountabilities:

  • Advise leaders on conduct and performance issues in line with the Resolution Policy.
  • Promote restorative practices in all interactions.
  • Provide legally sound ER advice, identifying options and risks.
  • Support leaders and colleagues through each stage of the process
  • Proactively manage and record cases within the case management system.
  • Supervise case loads, providing advice and support to the People Advisor.
  • Support strategic business partners in ER operational delivery.
  • Ensure the employee relations service is professional, effective, and cohesive.
  • Collaborate with other People teams to provide the best service to internal customers.
  • Provide insights for developing employment-related policies and procedures.
  • Assist in creating information, guidance, templates, and documents for leaders and colleagues.
  • Offer guidance, coaching, and support to leaders, including training initiatives and management toolkits.
  • Stay updated on employment case law and legislative changes, applying this knowledge in ER and the wider People team.
