Full time hours on a temporary basis
Role Purpose: Support the business with operational employee relations (ER) matters, providing advice and guidance to achieve commercially focused outcomes. Manage own casework and supervise one People Advisor, ensuring accurate and timely service delivery. Escalate complex or high-risk issues to the Employee Relations Lead. Support leaders in managing people issues using restorative practices and adhering to employment law. Build trust at all levels with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
